Meet Our Inspiration

Kailyn is an energetic and creative girl who has never met a stranger. She moved to Georgia from Idaho with her family in December of 2014. On July 16th of 2015, a large bump was found on the inside of her left thigh, later diagnosed as Ewing Sarcoma. This led to an MRI and immediately following to the Aflac Cancer Center at Scottish Rite where she was diagnosed with bone cancer.

Almost a year after her diagnosis, Kailyn was officially announced as cancer-free! Rally Kid Kailyn is beating bone cancer after enduring over 17 harsh treatments! Through it all, her spunk never wavered. Today, Kailyn spends more time playing with her friends and animals than in the hospital.

"My hope for the future is that there is a cure for every type of cancer...and i want a zoo." - Kailyn Croxall

In 2016, the White Oak 5K launched its first annual Run/Walk in Social Circle, Georgia on the grounds of White Oak Farms. The White Oak 5k helps raise awareness of childhood cancer, supporting The Rally Foundation. In our 2016 partnership with the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, we raised over $2,000, through our attendees and additional individual contributors. We presented The Rally Foundation a check from the White Oak 5k in honor of Kailyn.

Thank you ALL who participated in this event to help drive awareness of childhood cancer. We look forward to 2017!

White Oak Farms

The White Oak 5k is held on the beautiful grounds of White Oak Farm in Social Circle, Georgia. White Oak Farms began in 1989 as a 10-acre tree operation in historic Social Circle by owners of Charlie and Judy Jones. Madison grew up visiting her grandparents' farm often during her childhood. Her passion for nature, combined with her desire to fight childhood cancer, led to the conception of the White Oak 5k.
